Membership Agreement
Membership Dues & Policies
- FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS: $100 PER MONTH or $1100 PER YEAR IF PAID IN ADVANCED with one free month.
- Family Definition: Up to two adults who are married or similarly cohabitating and their dependent children.
- Dependent: Any unmarried dependent child living at home under the age of 26, and be a biological, adopted, or legal wards of the married couple.
- INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS: $75 PER MONTH or $825 PER YEAR IF PAID IN ADVANCED with one free month.
- Individual: An adult 18 years of age or older.
- JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS (UNDER 18): $35 PER MONTH
- Junior: An individual between the age of 8 to 18.
- Chandlers Landing Tennis is under no obligation to offer anyone membership of any kind and may refuse, suspend, or revoke any membership with notice.
- Annual memberships are fully pre-paid, can be canceled but will not be refunded.
- Membership dues are posted to the members CourtReserve account on the 15th of each month. The member has the option to pay their membership dues when posted or defer until the last day of each month when an batch billing process in CourtReserve will automatically collect the outstanding account balance. If the member has an account credit, it will be applied then the remaining balance will be paid using the payment profile stored in the members CourtReserve account.
- Members will receive monthly account invoice via email from CourtReserve when the batch billing process is executed.
- Members and Non-Members must maintain a valid payment profile in CourtReserve at all times. CourtReserve accounts with an invalid or missing payment profile are subject to being suspended.
Annual Membership Incentive
- One additional free month of membership dues if member renews an annual membership in 2026
- Incentive is available thru 2026
- Incentive will be applied as an account credit when the annual membership is renewed
- Available to all memberships, in good standing, as of December 31, 2025
Membership Medical Hold Policy
- Members may request to suspend their membership due to a medical condition. We may request a letter from your doctor stating that given your situation, playing tennis/pickleball is not possible.
- Annual membership renewal date will be extended by the number of months membership is on medical hold.
- Memberships on medical hold more than 6 months, may be subject to termination with no refund.
Membership Termination Policy
- Memberships are a month-to-month commitment that may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Member’s notice of termination must be emailed to Membership@chandlerstennis.com, and shall be effective at the end of the month following 30 days.
- Please note, a reinstatement fee of $300 will be assessed if a membership is terminated and then restarted within a 12 month period
- CL Tennis Inc., at its sole discretion, may terminate a membership for any failure by Member to comply with the terms herein or any violation of CL Tennis Inc. Policies and Rules or for any conduct determined in CL Tennis Inc. sole discretion to be inappropriate or detrimental to any other Member, CL Tennis Inc., or Facilities. CL Tennis Inc. shall provide Member with written notice of termination to include an effective date. Member will be billed immediately for any outstanding charges on member’s account.

Member Amenities
- Members have unlimited court time, subject to reasonable scheduling restrictions. All courts close at 10:30 PM nightly
- Members have access to club teams as seasonally formed by club members.
- Members have reduced pricing on lessons, clinics, leagues, mixers, and special events
- Members have early registration access for clinic, leagues and other events.
- Members have clean, maintained courts with fresh water and ice during normal operating hours
- Members receive one free clinic per month on the 1st Saturday of each month.
- Unlimited scheduled use of the ball machine
- Children must be 16 or older to use the ball machine
