Membership Agreement

Membership Dues & Policies

  • FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS: $100 PER MONTH or $1100 PER YEAR IF PAID IN ADVANCED with one free month.
    • Family Definition: Up to two adults who are married or similarly cohabitating and their dependent children.
    • Dependent: Any unmarried dependent child living at home under the age of 26.
  • INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS: $75 PER MONTH or $825 PER YEAR IF PAID IN ADVANCED with one free month.
    • Individual: An adult 18 years of age or older.
  • JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS (UNDER 18): $35 PER MONTH
    • Junior: An individual between the age of 8 to 18.
  • Chandlers Landing Tennis is under no obligation to offer anyone membership of any kind and may refuse, suspend, or revoke any membership with notice.
  • Annual memberships are fully pre-paid, can be canceled but will not be refunded.
  • Members will receive monthly account statement/invoice via email from CourtReserve.
  • CourtReserve automatically generates an invoice and processes billing for outstanding balance due on the last day of each month.

Annual Membership Incentive

  • One additional free month of membership dues if member switches from monthly to annually paid membership
    • Incentive is available thru April 30, 2026
    • Incentive will be applied as an account credit when annual membership started
    • Available to all memberships, in good standing, as of December 31, 2025

Membership Medical Hold Policy

  • Members may request to suspend their membership due to a medical condition. We may request a letter from your doctor stating that given your situation, playing tennis/pickleball is not possible.
  • Annual membership renewal date will be extended by the number of months membership is on medical hold.
  • Memberships on medical hold more than 6 months, may be subject to termination with no refund.

Membership Termination Policy

  • Memberships are a month-to-month commitment that may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
    • If termination request is received prior to the 15th of the month, membership will be terminated at the end of that month
    • If termination request received on or after 15th of the month, membership will be terminated at the end of the following month
    • Please note, a reinstatement fee of $300 will be assessed if a membership is terminated and then restarted within a 12 month period
  • All memberships are subject to CL Tennis Inc. By-Laws

Member Amenities

  • Members have unlimited court time, subject to reasonable scheduling restrictions.  All courts close at 10:30 PM nightly
  • Members have access to club teams as seasonally formed by club members.
  • Members have reduced pricing on lessons, clinics, leagues, mixers, and special events
  • Members have early registration access for clinic, leagues and other events.
  • Members have clean, maintained courts with fresh water and ice during normal operating hours
  • Members receive one free clinic per month on the 1st Saturday of each month.
  • Unlimited scheduled use of the ball machine
    • Children must be 16 or older to use the ball machine
