CourtReserve Policies

Court Reservation Policy

  • Court availability may be checked online up to 7 days in advance.
  • Court reservations may be made 7 days in advance of the reservation time.
  • Maximum allowed courts per reservation is 1.
  • Members may only book and appear on one court reservation during concurrent times.
  • Online reservations may be booked anytime before the start time.
  • Reservations may be booked for a maximum of 2 hours in 30-minute increments.
  • Members are REQUIRED to list ALL participants on each court reservation.
  • Members are NOT allowed to reserve a court for singles then play doubles with players not included on the reservation
  • Members MUST list ALL Guests on the court reservation and insure the guest court fee is paid
    • If guest does NOT have a CourtReserve account, reservation owner must pay for the guest(s) court fee by selecting # of Guest(s)
    • If guest does have a CourtReserve account, reservation owner may allow the guest to pay the court fee by searching for the guest(s) name in the Player(s) search box 
  • Please cancel court reservations at least 4 hours in advance

Weather Cancellations

  • CLT reserves the right to close courts due to excess water making them unplayable.
  • If some courts are playable, and others are not, lesson and clinic courts will take priority.
  • If there are remaining playable courts, the members who booked furthest in advance will get first use of the other playable courts.

Clinic Cancellation

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to withdraw from a clinic. If that happens, we respectfully ask for cancellations to be made at least 2 hours in advance. All teaching staff want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our players. When a player does not show up for a scheduled clinic or withdraws on the day of the clinic, another player loses the opportunity to play.

  • CLT reserves the right to cancel any clinic or event that does not meet the minimum number of registrants.
  • We respectfully ask Members, players, and parents not to contact teaching pros about cancellation fees as it is not within their control to refund or void your transactions.

How to Reserve a Court

  1. On the app Home page, select the court reservation purpose (Tennis Court / Pickleball Court / Ball Machine)
  2. Choose date by using the arrows or by clicking the date which opens a calendar pop-up
  3. Choose reservation starting time by clicking the RESERVE button for that time
  4. Select Reservation Type: Tennis Singles/Doubles, Pickleball Singles/Doubles
  5. On the Create Reservation page, click on Duration and select time
  6. Next, click on Player(s) and add the names of additional Members (if any) on the reservation
  7. If playing with Non-Member Guests, click on # of Guest(s) and select the #guests
  8. Click on Guest #1/2/3 and enter guest First Name and Last Name
  9. Click SAVE, you will get email confirmation

How to Cancel a Court Reservation

  1. Your upcoming reservations are listed on the app Home page
  2. Click on Upcoming Reservation you wish to cancel
  3. Click the CANCEL RESERVATION button
  4. Enter Cancellation Reason
  5. Click CANCEL RESERVATION to confirm cancelation

How to Register for a Clinic

  1. On the app Home page, click on Events
  2. Select Categories, All Events or Calendar depending on how you would like to view available events
  3. Click on the Event, then click the REGISTER button
  4. If you have a Family Membership, select the person registering for the event
  5. Click on FINALIZE REGISTRATION
  6. You will get email confirmation.

How to Withdraw from a Clinic

  1. Your upcoming registrations are listed on the app Home page.
  2. Find date & time of upcoming registration you wish to cancel and click on it.
  3. Click the WITHDRAW button
  4. Enter Withdraw reason
  5. Click WITHDRAW button to confirm removal from event
